Right of Withdrawal
For consumers · Last updated: August 2026
These instructions apply to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB (German Civil Code), that is, to natural persons who enter into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form printed below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Note for German consumers / Hinweis für Verbraucher in Deutschland: German law governs this contract, and only the official German-language model withdrawal instruction ("Muster-Widerrufsbelehrung") carries the statutory safe harbour. We are happy to send you that German version at any time, free of charge: simply write to hello@launchamp.eu. Gerne senden wir Ihnen die deutschsprachige Widerrufsbelehrung samt Muster-Widerrufsformular kostenlos zu — eine formlose E-Mail genügt.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early lapse of the right of withdrawal
LaunchAmp supplies digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium — the graphics and the widget are unlocked automatically and immediately after payment is confirmed.
In the case of a contract for the supply of such digital content, the right of withdrawal lapses pursuant to Section 356(5) BGB if
- we have begun performance of the contract,
- you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
- you have confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving that consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
- we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.
For this reason, before the payment process starts you must actively tick a confirmation in the purchase dialog which reads as follows:
"I expressly request the immediate supply of the digital content and confirm that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal."
Without this confirmation the payment process cannot be started; the confirmation is additionally verified on our server. If you tick the box and complete the purchase, your right of withdrawal lapses upon the unlocking of the content that follows immediately afterwards.
If you wish to retain your right of withdrawal, please do not complete the purchase and contact us beforehand at hello@launchamp.eu.
Note: Independently of the right of withdrawal, your statutory warranty rights for digital products (Sections 327 et seq. BGB) remain in place. If something does not work as described, write to us — we will find a solution.
Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may fill in this form and send it back to us. Using it is optional.
