Terms
Terms and licence
For source code products bought on Shovels, such as Directory Premium. Version terms-2026-10-09, last updated 9 October 2026.
1. Who sells
Christopher Richter, FeelsWebMan, Kirchweg 7a, 21244 Buchholz, Germany. E-mail: hello@launchamp.eu. More in the imprint. The contract language is English.
2. What you buy
Source code as a zip file for download. Directory Premium is a PHP and MySQL application for your own tool directory, delivered as described on the product page and in the README that comes with it. You get the code, an installer, an admin area and a README. It needs PHP 8.1 or newer, MySQL or MariaDB, Apache with mod_rewrite (or Nginx with the rules in the README) and HTTPS. You do not get hosting, a domain, visitors, listings or support. We make no promise about income you may or may not earn with it.
3. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is final. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) we do not charge VAT. Payment is made through Stripe.
4. How the contract is made
- You enter your name and e-mail address and tick the boxes at checkout.
- You can correct your entries at any time before you click “Order with obligation to pay” (edit the fields or use the back button of your browser).
- By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you make a binding offer to buy. You then pay on Stripe’s page.
- The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed and we make the download available.
- We send you these terms, the withdrawal information and the download link by e-mail. The terms of the version you accepted (terms-2026-10-09) are stored with your order, and you can read the current text at any time on this page.
5. Delivery
After Stripe confirms your payment, we send the download link to the e-mail address you entered, and it appears on the confirmation page once the e-mail has gone out. The link works up to 25 times. If you lose the link or reach the limit, write to us with your order number and we will help. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct and your mailbox can receive our message.
6. Licence
You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the code for one website on one domain, including its subdomains for the same project. You may change the code for your own site. You may not pass the code on, sell it, rent it, publish it, or offer it as part of a product or service that is itself a source code, template or script product. Each further domain needs its own licence. Agencies may build one site per licence for a client. The copyright stays with us. Components with their own licence (such as the included fonts) keep that licence.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christopher Richter, FeelsWebMan, Kirchweg 7a, 21244 Buchholz, Germany, e-mail hello@launchamp.eu) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the order. You do not have to pay anything for digital content already supplied.
Early expiry. The right of withdrawal expires for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium as soon as we have begun to supply it, if you have expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, and have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. You give this agreement and confirmation with the checkbox at checkout. We repeat it in the e-mail with your download link. If you are not a consumer, there is no right of withdrawal.
Model withdrawal form (fill in and send only if you want to withdraw): To Christopher Richter, FeelsWebMan, Kirchweg 7a, 21244 Buchholz, Germany, hello@launchamp.eu: I hereby withdraw from the contract for the supply of the following digital content: [product and order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Name and address of the consumer: […]. Date: […].
8. Defects and liability
The statutory rights for defects apply. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights for digital products (§§ 327 ff. German Civil Code) stay unaffected, including the right to updates that are needed to keep the code in conformity, for example security updates, for the period you can reasonably expect. Beyond that there is no entitlement to updates; we publish fixes as a download for buyers when there are any.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for fraudulently concealed defects, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, under any guarantee we have expressly given, and wherever the law makes liability mandatory. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual duty, and then only for the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. This does not limit your statutory rights for defects.
You are responsible for backups, for your hosting, and for the legal texts and data protection of the site you run with the code. The sample texts for terms, privacy policy and imprint that come with the code are placeholders and not legal advice. Replace them before you go live.
9. Data
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Law and disputes
German law applies. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence stay in force. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
