Privacy policy
This is a translation for convenience; the German version (below) is legally binding.
1. Controller
Christopher Richter (FeelsWebMan), Kirchweg 7a, 21244 Buchholz in der Nordheide, Germany, email: hello@launchamp.eu
2. Hosting and server log files
geo-bot is run by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Strasse 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany (application and database, data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR). The host automatically stores information your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is secure and error-free operation.
3. What I process
GEO check: brand name, website (domain), description of your offer and, if you enter it, the location, plus the language of the page and the measurement results (questions, answers, competitors, sources and the written actions). SEO check: the domain of your website, the chosen report language and the results of the examination (measured values, addresses, titles, short quotes and findings). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Payment and order: You enter your name, email address and payment details directly at Stripe. I receive the payment confirmation, your name, email address and billing address and the details of the order (check, domain, brand, offer, place, language, amount, payment date), and I send the link to your report to the email address you gave at Stripe. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (statutory retention obligations).
Account (if one exists from before 4 October 2026): email address and a hash of your password (never the password itself), your brands and their results. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Recipients and retrieval of your website
Anthropic PBC (Claude API) receives, for the GEO check, the description of your offer, the location and the brand name so that the buying questions can be generated and answered with web search, as well as publicly accessible pages of competitors and sources for evaluation. For the SEO check, Anthropic receives text excerpts of up to four pages of your website and the finding details to write content assessments and suggested fixes. If these public pages show names or contact details, they can be contained in them. I do not pass on your name and email address from the payment. Processing may take place in the USA; the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses.
ChatGPT and Gemini (GEO check, optional): I do not send anything to OpenAI or Google for this. You ask these assistants in your own chat. If you paste their answer into the form, I keep only the provider names and source links read from it (not the pasted text) with your report and delete them with it; my server opens the source links (identifying as "GeoBot") to check that they exist and whether your brand appears there. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Google LLC (PageSpeed Insights) receives, for the SEO check, the address of your home page to measure the load speed. Processing may take place in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, handles the payment. On Stripe's payment page, Stripe processes payment details, billing address and email address under its own responsibility and sends you the receipt and invoice; I never see full card details. Data may be transferred to the USA; Stripe relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. More at stripe.com/privacy.
Retrieval of your website: For the SEO check and the quick check of the GEO check, my server retrieves publicly accessible pages of your website (up to 30 pages, robots.txt, sitemap). This appears in your server log files under the identifier "GeoBot". Nothing is changed, and nothing is passed on outside this examination.
5. Own visitor statistics
I count page views myself on my own server: the page viewed, date and time, mobile device or computer, the domain of the website you came from (never the full address), campaign details from the link (e.g. "utm_source=…") and whether a check went to checkout, was cancelled or was paid. Your IP address is not stored for this. A check value is formed from IP address, browser identifier, date and a secret key, and it changes every day; you cannot be recognised on another day. No cookies, nothing passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is improving the offer.
6. Cookies and fonts
The only cookie is the technically necessary session cookie for the form (and the login), which needs no consent. No analytics or advertising tracking, no external fonts, no content delivery networks – all files come from my own server.
7. Storage period
Reports and measurement results stay available under your personal link for 14 days after the check is complete and are then deleted automatically; I do not store them beyond that. The details of the order (check, domain, brand, offer, place, name, email address, billing address, amount) are kept as invoice data for ten years (§ 147 AO, German tax code). Anonymous free checks from before 4 October 2026 are deleted after 90 days.
8. SSL/TLS encryption
The connection is encrypted with SSL/TLS – you can tell by the padlock icon and "https://" in the address bar.
9. Your rights
Access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). An email to hello@launchamp.eu is enough.

3. Was ich verarbeite

Keine Cookies, keine Weitergabe an Dritte.
9. Deine Rechte
Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21) sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (Art. 77 DSGVO). Eine E-Mail an hello@launchamp.eu genügt.
