2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the use of this website, the download of the LaunchAmp Analytics package and the waitlist for a hosted version. The licence of the software itself is the text in LICENSE.txt inside the package.

3. Account and download

The download needs a LaunchAmp account. You may download the package a reasonable number of times per hour; automated mass downloads are not allowed.

4. Use of the software

You use the software on your own sites. You install, run and secure it yourself, you decide what you track, and you are responsible for informing your visitors and for your own privacy policy. The package never contacts LaunchAmp.

5. No updates

There are no updates and no new features. Bug and security fixes are offered only as a new download in your account, as far as the law requires.

6. No warranty

The software and this website are provided as is. There is no warranty beyond what is required by law. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires it. You keep your own backups.

7. Hosted version and waitlist

A hosted version is planned and not available. The waitlist stores your e-mail address, the time of your consent and a hashed form of your IP address to limit abuse. It is used only to write to you once when the hosted version is ready, and to count interest. You can withdraw at any time by writing to hello@launchamp.eu; your entry is then deleted. Joining the waitlist creates no right to a hosted version.

9. Governing law

German law applies, as far as mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence allows.
